The save agent intercepts the moment any signal fires and runs a multi-channel sequence — email first, then SMS, then voice for high-value subscribers — with offers calibrated to the customer's history (a discount for one cohort, a pause-instead-of-cancel option for another, a customer-success outreach for a third). Save rates are measured against your pre-engagement baseline, not against an industry average. Payment-method-fail churn is handled by the Failed Payment Recovery service instead — same data plane, different agent.
