Failed Payment Recovery
Recovers failed subscription charges before customers churn.
Stripe webhooks fire on every failed charge; the recovery agent picks them up in real time and runs a sequence calibrated to the decline reason — soft decline, hard decline, expired card, and insufficient funds each get different retry timing and different message content. Subscription businesses typically lose 10-15% of MRR to involuntary churn; the recovery sequence is built to claw back the recoverable share of that. For high-value subscribers, a live escalation call happens after the email sequence has run. Card-update flows live on a one-click recovery page. Chargeback recovery is a separate engagement and fraud-flagged transactions are out of scope — we don't try to talk past Stripe's risk decisions.
